GM IBT is a powerful, nondestructive, infrared tester on line. It checks 100% of ends and cans production, in every shape and measure. It can be applied on any kind of press, up to 600 pcs/min, detecting pinholes up to 5 µm. GM IBT is characterized by a scanner, an emitter and a panel control, that after identifying the defect, is able to communicate with the system so as to manage the possible arrest of the line in case of a waste product. In addition, the panel can be protected with a hardware password for supervisor. Suitable both on single and multiple lanes, the device doesn’t need any maintenance and it is easy to install and to use.
